This policy explains what information Grad Strategist (a brand of ADFR Enterprises LLC) collects and how we use it. We aim to collect as little as possible and to keep it as long as we have to.What we collectWhen you buy a product: your name, email, and country, via Gumroad. Gumroad handles payment information directly. We don't see or store your card details.When you submit a strategy or review intake: your name, email, Gumroad order number, life sciences subfield, career and research goals (Strategy Package) or target programs and deadlines (Materials Review), optional notes, and your uploaded CV and (if applicable) SOP files. This is collected through Tally.When you subscribe to our email list (if you choose to): your email address.When you visit the Site: standard analytics data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) through Google Analytics or Plausible. We don't combine this with personal information.How we use it• To deliver the product or service you bought.
• To send your strategy report or reviewed documents back to you.
• To respond to questions you send us.
• To send occasional email updates, if you've subscribed.
• To understand how the Site is being used, so we can improve it.What we don't do• We don't sell your information to anyone.
• We don't share your CV, SOP, or strategy correspondence with anyone.
• We don't use your materials to train AI models, populate datasets, or for any purpose other than the work you paid for.
• We don't send marketing emails unless you've subscribed to our list.How long we keep it• Uploaded files (CVs, SOPs, goal statements): deleted within 90 days of returning your strategy report or review. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
• Email correspondence: kept as long as it's useful for supporting you, then archived.
• Email-list subscriptions: kept until you unsubscribe.
